Representative Parnell brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB
392(FIN) am (page 3521).                                                       
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 392(FIN) am                                             
"An Act relating to the confidentiality of permanent fund dividend            
application information; relating to the permanent fund dividend               
program; and providing for an effective date."

392(FIN) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of          
rescinding action in adopting Amendment No. 6 as amended (page
